This is a pivotal role in steering our strategy, building market-leading propositions, and optimising trading opportunities to grow Aviva's market position. A bit about the job: The Senior Proposition Lead will shape and deliver high-quality, innovative customer propositions focused on Aviva's wealth opportunities. You will lead and support the design and development of solutions that help customers make informed financial decisions and deliver capabilities for Aviva's Wealth channels. This includes ensuring propositions are clear, accessible, and aligned with regulatory standards and Consumer Duty principles.

Working closely with delivery teams and technical experts, you will ensure our propositions meet customer needs and business objectives, appropriately blending technology with human expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to maximise opportunities, monitor market trends and regulatory developments, and continuously improve performance to maintain Aviva's market-leading position.
