A bit about the job
We're building a new Global Hybrid Fronting platform within Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS), and you'll play an important role in its success.
Working closely with the Head of Global Hybrid Fronting, you'll help manage relationships with our partners, support underwriting performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll work with colleagues across Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Distribution and Governance to deliver strong business outcomes and fair customer outcomes.
You'll help monitor performance, maintain effective oversight and support the development of our proposition.
Your work will help strengthen Aviva's position in the global corporate and specialty insurance market while supporting our long-term growth ambitions.
Skills and experience we're looking for
- Strong underwriting experience within delegated authority, MGA, programmes or specialty insurance.
- Experience building and managing relationships with brokers, MGAs or other distribution partners.
- Good understanding of portfolio performance, underwriting controls and governance requirements.
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across different teams and functions.
- Strong analytical, communication and commercial decision-making skills.
