A bit about the job:
This role exists to lead and manage end-to-end IT testing for our Commercial Speciality business, spanning both Company and Syndicate underwriting within the London Market. You'll join a specialist technology team supporting critical systems that underpin underwriting, regulatory compliance and market operations. The role brings value by ensuring testing is well planned, well executed, and aligned to London Market standards. You'll be accountable for defining the testing strategy, overseeing delivery across multiple initiatives, and providing clear assurance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience working as a Test Manager on large or complex insurance technology implementations, ideally within the London Market
- Strong understanding of London Market business, including Company and Syndicate operations and relevant regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to plan, lead and execute testing across multiple phases and workstreams, including UAT and defect management
- Confidence building strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external or offshore partners
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
