A bit about the job:
This role exists to drive Aviva’s digital SME profitable growth ambitions through strong digital broker relationships and disciplined performance management. You’ll head up the Digital Trading team, a ring‑fenced team at the heart of our SME growth strategy. The team is accountable for driving growth, profitability, and strong customer outcomes across a defined panel of digital brokers, forensically managing digital performance to diagnose hotspots, unlock profitable growth opportunities and deliver step-changed financial, broker and customer outcomes.
You’ll own the digital panel trading strategy, leading both its design and execution through targeted trading actions, turning insight into action at pace. You’ll also play a key role in bringing Aviva’s digital SME propositions to market, shaping clear, compelling SME messages to cascade across our broker landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in the UK broker‑intermediated General Insurance market.
- Proven success managing digitally traded broker panels and senior relationships.
- Confidence using data and insight to improve trading and financial performance.
- Commercial judgement with experience delivering profitable growth outcomes.
- Experience leading people and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll get for this role:
