A bit about the job: You'll join our Global Cyber Change team – a highly motivated and visible group working across Norwich, London, Bristol, and York. This role exists to lead the delivery of Cyber Security projects that strengthen Aviva's risk and protection framework. You'll manage global third-party suppliers, ensure timely delivery, and provide governance and reporting to senior stakeholders. Your work will help keep Aviva secure and resilient.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven track record delivering business solutions that balance time, cost, and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Experience leading complex change initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Skilled in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including oversight of external suppliers.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with solid governance and reporting experience—ideally in a regulated environment.
What you'll get for this role:
- Starting salary National: Circa £60,000 London: Circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
