A bit about the job: You'll join our DLG Legal Services team, managing a caseload of claimant non-portal road traffic accident personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You'll investigate liability, assess damages, negotiate with third parties, and support clients through every stage of their claim. Your work will help deliver fair outcomes, excellent customer experiences, and efficient claim lifecycles. You'll play an important role in protecting our reputation for high-quality legal services while making sure clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience handling non-portal RTA personal injury claims or claimant litigated personal injury cases. Strong knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and personal injury claims processes. Experience investigating liability and assessing both special and general damages. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear and reassuring way. Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service standards.

Salary
