We're looking for a seasoned procurement professional to lead our claims supply chain in the Lloyd's insurance market. If you've got deep experience in managing supplier networks across international territories and insurance classes – including Property, Casualty and Specialty – this could be your next big move. You'll be joining a team that's growing fast, and helping shape the future of Aviva Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS).
This role offers hybrid working out of any of Aviva's offices but will require regular travel to London (to visit the Lloyd's of London office).
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing a global supplier network to support both Aviva and Probitas claims teams.
- Leading sourcing, due diligence, procurement and contracting of suppliers and service providers.
- Working closely with claims brokers and stakeholders to keep operations smooth and compliant with Lloyd's market regulations.
- Delivering clear performance metrics and reports – and spotting risks before they become problems.
- Staying connected to the Lloyd's/London market and keeping your finger on the pulse.
Qualifications
- Business qualification and/or MCIPs preferred.
Skills and experience
- A strong background in supply chain management within insurance.
- Solid understanding of Lloyd's market operations and regulations.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-territory supply chains.
- Confident negotiator with sharp contract management skills.
- Great communicator who builds strong relationships.
