Do you enjoy managing complex projects and driving investment change that makes a real impact for clients? We're looking for an Investment Change Manager to join our Wealth business. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver investment changes across our Workplace suite of funds—whether that's launching new funds, amending existing ones, or managing closures. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and ensure governance standards are met while supporting Aviva's customer‐first strategy.

- You'll play a key role in delivering investment change projects, including fund lifecycle activities, regulatory and discretionary changes, and large‐scale initiatives.
- This is a varied role that blends project management with investment expertise—perfect for someone who enjoys working across teams and managing multiple priorities.
- You'll also have opportunities to coach and develop junior colleagues while influencing governance and decision‐making.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of the UK corporate pensions market and its evolution.
- Experience in investment change or project delivery—comfortable managing complex initiatives end‐to‐end.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to explain complex issues clearly and influence outcomes.
- Ability to challenge and manage expectations while maintaining governance and timelines.
- Investment‐related qualification (e.g., IMC) or willingness to study towards it.
