A bit about the job:
This role sits at the centre of a major strategic transformation programme focused on outsourcing and offshoring across multiple business functions. You will lead end-to-end programme delivery, including governance, transition execution, operating model change, and delivery assurance. Working closely with senior leadership, procurement, operations, technology, and external partners, you will ensure successful mobilisation, execution, and stabilisation of new delivery models. The role plays a key part in shaping future operating models, improving efficiency, and ensuring all change is delivered in line with regulatory, risk, and commercial requirements.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in Financial Services or Insurance
- Proven track record of outsourcing and offshoring programme delivery (e.g. BPO/ITO, captive centres, or vendor transitions)
- Strong governance, risk management, and programme delivery assurance experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-function, multi-country transition programmes
- Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Commercial awareness including exposure to vendor management, sourcing, and contract oversight
