A bit about the job: You'll be part of our Home Claims Operation, leading a team of Desk Based Loss Adjusters who handle building claims up to £10k. Your role is all about people leadership - supporting the team, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, and helping us deliver great outcomes for our customers. You'll work closely with our Technical Leads to build capability across the team and drive continuous improvement. It's a role where you'll make a real difference every day.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • People Leadership experience
  • Experience coaching and developing others to improve performance
  • Experience leading a team and workflow management
  • Knowledge of Home Claims end to end systems is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset

What you'll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus
