We are seeking a passionate and strategic Guidance & Advice Technical Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help develop and continuously evolve the technical frameworks that underpin our guidance, Targeted Support, and regulated advice propositions. About the role
The Guidance & Advice Technical lead will be responsible for developing, owning and continuously evolving the technical frameworks underpinning our full guidance, Targeted Support and Advice proposition spectrum. This includes defining the methodologies and policies that underpin our services, ensuring regulatory compliance, effectively embedding these in the proposition models, and guiding the development of the technology used in delivering these propositions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Significant knowledge of the advice and guidance market, competitors, and products.
- In‑depth experience with advice propositions and developing digital guidance/advice solutions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially the FCA Handbook.
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into practical, customer‑focused solutions.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering great customer outcomes.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary National circa £80,000 / London circa £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
