Aviva Investors is looking for a highly organised, proactive Programme Coordinator to support a fast‑paced remediation programme operating under the Building Safety Act.
This role sits at the centre of a busy, high‑pressure team and is critical to keeping the programme moving — ensuring meetings run smoothly, actions are tracked and delivered, and financial and operational information is accurate and up to date.
- What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating and scheduling programme meetings, preparing agendas and producing clear, concise minutes.
- Tracking actions across multiple workstreams and proactively chasing owners to meet deadlines.
- Supporting cost tracking, invoice processing and purchase orders using Excel-based trackers.
- Preparing simple summaries and reports to support decision‑making.
- Maintaining programme documentation, risk logs and Share Point folders.
- What we’re looking for
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong experience planning meetings, taking minutes and following up actions.
- Confidence to chase stakeholders at all levels and **escalate where needed**.
