This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of DA governance, due diligence, and compliance, who is confident working with a range of stakeholders from underwriting to audit. It is a great opportunity to deepen expertise and take ownership of both BAU and project delivery within a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Syndicate DA Service Manager, this role sits within the DA Hub and plays a key part in supporting both BAU activities and project delivery across Global Services, onboarding and overseeing delegated authority arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and oversee delegated authority arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks.
  • Support both BAU activities and project delivery across Global Services.
  • Work closely with underwriting, compliance and operational teams to maintain strong governance, monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a varied workload, proactively prioritise tasks and engage confidently across a wide stakeholder network.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Delegated Authority frameworks, including Lloyd's principles, coverholder oversight and regulatory requirements such as FCA.
  • Experience conducting due diligence and managing onboarding or renewal processes for third party partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risk and make sound decisions, including when to escalate.
  • Confident stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across senior and operational audiences.
  • Familiarity with Lloyd's systems such as ATLAS, DCOM, DAM and the Wordings Repository, with strong attention to detail.
