A bit about the job:
In the role you will monitor telematics programme performance to spot trends, risks and opportunities, and share clear reports that highlight improvements and next steps. You’ll work with product, underwriting, technical and operations teams – plus our telematics partners – to resolve issues, optimise solutions and shape new features and strategies. You’ll also design driver coaching programmes that use telematics insights to spark positive behaviour change, improve road safety and keep compliance on track.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of the personal lines motor market, ideally including telematics.
- Confident analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and the ability to influence at pace.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo, leading change and managing multiple priorities.
