Communications Manager – 2-year contract with a view to becoming permanent. Salary: circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills and experience). Locations: Bristol, London, Norwich, York.

What you’ll do
- You’ll lead a team focused on creating and delivering service communications—such as emails and direct mail—that help customers understand changes to their policies and services. These communications support transparency and trust.
- You’ll work with different areas of the business to plan, prioritise and manage these updates. This role sits within a collaborative and supportive environment where your work makes a real difference to customer experience.

- Experience delivering email and direct mail customer communications to tight deadlines
- Experience leading a team and supporting their development
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills to manage communication workflows and prioritise requests
- Ability to apply customer insights, brand guidelines and regulatory guidance to create clear, engaging communications
- Understanding of financial services regulations and their role in customer communications
What you’ll get
- Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
