Ready to take your insurance management career to the next level? We are looking for a Mid-Market Commercial Team Manager to lead a dynamic and high-performing team. You will be based in Central London, managing a home-based team located across Kent and Sussex, with brokers also concentrated in these areas. Regular travel to the South East will be required to support your team and broker relationships effectively.

- Insurance Experience: We are looking for someone with a background leading teams within Insurance – an Underwriting background would be our preference, but other sector disciplines will be considered!
- Industry Connections: Your relationships in the market are top-notch, and you know how to leverage them.
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: You can analyse risk and present solutions to brokers and clients with confidence.
- Love of Learning: You are always curious, eager to learn, and excited to improve and grow both personally and professionally.
