A bit about the job: You'll join our Claims Operations team, which plays a vital role in supporting the wider claims function to deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes for our customers. The role exists to ensure claims processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping us meet regulatory requirements and improve performance. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, market platforms, and regulators, providing insights and solutions that make a difference. Your work will help us maintain strong governance and deliver projects that shape the future of claims operations.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with Lloyd's and Velonetic platforms (e.g., ECF, Claims Reporting Suite)
