This is a great role for someone who is an experienced change delivery lead and enjoys leading complex change, working at pace, and helping teams bring ambitious ideas to life. Loves making a real impact through delivering global transformation.
We are looking for someone to ensure change is delivered safely and effectively into our business combining change delivery experience and business knowledge to make a real difference to our stakeholders.
A bit about the job:
- As Change Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering some of Aviva’s most innovative and fast-moving programmes.
- You’ll join a collaborative change team with a strong purpose: shaping and delivering global projects that transform how we operate and how our customers experience Aviva.
- You’ll take ownership of end to end delivery, managing budgets and ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently, and transparently.
- This role exists to bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex initiatives—ultimately helping GCS deliver high profile, high value global change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering change in a London Market environment.
- A proven track record in project management or a comparable delivery role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of project approaches and delivery tools.
- Ability to motivate teams, create clarity, and drive delivery momentum.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
