Our Partnerships team helps more businesses access Aviva's products and services through trusted commercial relationships.
As a New Partner Development Manager, you'll find and win new partnership opportunities across fleet, automotive, leasing and mobility markets.
You’ll build relationships with key decision-makers, develop compelling proposals and guide opportunities through to agreement.
Working closely with commercial colleagues, you’ll help deliver profitable growth and create new ways for customers to connect with Aviva.
This is a field-based role with plenty of opportunity to build your network and make a visible impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new partnership opportunities across fleet, automotive, leasing and mobility markets.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop compelling proposals and business cases.
- Guide opportunities through to agreement in collaboration with commercial colleagues.
- Contribute to delivering profitable growth and creating new ways for customers to connect with Aviva.
- Operate in a field-based capacity to build your network and make a visible impact.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Proven track record of winning new B2B business and developing long-term commercial partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
- Experience selling products or services to organisations operating vehicle fleets, with strong commercial awareness and judgement.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Experience within the fleet, automotive, leasing, rental, telematics, or mobility sectors, ideally supported by an established network within the UK fleet or automotive market.
