This is a critical role designed for a professional who excels at unpicking the complexities of large-scale organizational change. You will act as a pivotal link in our transformation journey, ensuring that the impacts on third-party suppliers are meticulously analyzed, managed, and ready for migration.

What you'll do:
- Support the 3rd Party Delivery Lead by identifying and analysing impacted third parties across multiple migration events in an IWR transformation programme.
- Analyse thirdâparty impacts, ownership, and treatment across workstreams and suppliers
- Interrogate programme artefacts (migration and readiness plans, architecture diagrams, RAID, contracts, test, and cutover outputs) to validate and challenge information
- Work closely with workstream leads, SMEs and the Business Readiness team to build a clear view of coverage, gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure thirdâparty considerations are reflected in readiness plans, acceptance criteria, and controls evidence
- Provide analysis to support readiness assessments, Tâgates and senior Go / NoâGo decisionâmaking
- Produce and maintain documentation to support assurance, audit, and governance
- Track and escalate thirdâparty risks, issues, and dependencies where ownership or mitigation is unclear
Skills & experience:
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, comfortable working through ambiguity
- A proactive, selfâstarting approach with confidence to take ownership and drive analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across multiple teams and workstreams without direct authority
- Confidence working with complex programme artefacts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highâquality, auditâready outputs
