A bit about the job
We’re looking for a senior Underwriting professional to join our Legal Indemnities team, where you’ll manage a small team while handling high-volume enquiries and building strong relationships with brokers and solicitors. Your leadership will help shape our service delivery and product innovation, and you’ll also be accountable for underwriting decisions, team performance, and operational improvements.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Experience managing a small team of underwriters and your own caseload in a regulated environment.
- Expertise in handling high-volume legal indemnity enquiries.
- Strong market awareness and networking presence in the Title Insurance sector.
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues and influence stakeholders.
