Legal Counsel – Lloyd\’s Market Specialist

Overview
You’ll provide legal advice to our growing Lloyd’s business, combining your technical expertise with a strong understanding of our business. You’ll lead on the legal aspects of mid‑sized projects, support complex initiatives, and help monitor and mitigate legal risks. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers, making a real difference in how we manage legal risk and deliver value.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with strong Lloyds experience.
- Exceptional technical capability, including drafting policy wordings and legal documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across the business.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Commercially astute and team‑oriented, balancing legal precision with business objectives.
What you’ll get for this role
- Starting salary c. £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
