A bit about the job
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of one of our insurance products.
Working with the Head of Products and a wide range of experts across Aviva, you'll help us make better decisions for our customers and our business.
You'll use insight, data and commercial expertise to spot opportunities, improve performance and develop new solutions.
You'll lead important trading discussions and help us respond to changing customer needs and market trends.
Most importantly, you'll help deliver products that create great customer outcomes and support Aviva's long-term growth.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Strong commercial and financial experience, including budgeting, planning and profit and loss management.
Experience working within Personal Lines, travel insurance or a similar insurance environment.
A good understanding of customer behaviour, market trends, competitor activity and consumer regulation.
Experience using data and insights to influence decisions and improve business performance.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring people together around a common go What you’ll get for this role
