Overview
You'll join our Legal Services team, helping us deliver excellent outcomes for customers while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.
You'll provide technical leadership and support to colleagues handling personal injury claims, helping them navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
Working closely with other Technical Leads, you'll drive quality, compliance, and consistency across the function.
You'll also coach and develop colleagues, helping them build their expertise and achieve their potential.
Your work will help ensure we continue to provide trusted legal services while effectively managing legal and regulatory risk.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support to colleagues handling RTA and personal injury claims.
- Guide and coach colleagues through complex legal issues and maintain high standards of practice.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leads to drive quality, compliance, and consistency across the function.
- Develop colleagues’ technical skills and support their career growth.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience handling RTA and personal injury claims.
- Excellent knowledge of litigation processes, court documents, and relevant legal procedures.
- Strong understanding of the OIC and MOJ portals, Pre-Action Protocols, CPR, and relevant case law.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues with technical development.
- Ability to make sound decisions, manage risk, and communicate complex legal matters clearly.
