A bit about the job:

Our Personal Lines Motor Pricing team helps make sure our prices are competitive, fair and support great customer outcomes. As a Pricing Deployment Specialist, you'll build, test and deploy pricing and underwriting changes within our rating systems. You'll work closely with colleagues across Pricing, Underwriting and Technology to deliver changes safely and efficiently. You'll help improve how we deliver pricing updates and make sure our processes remain robust and well governed. Your work will directly support business performance, customer value and regulatory compliance.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience working with pricing systems, rating engines or technical deployment processes.
  • Strong experience using WTW Radar software.
  • Experience using SQL, Python, Excel VBA or similar programming tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience testing, documenting and delivering technical changes in a controlled environment.
