A bit about the job:
- You'll join our Motability RTA team, helping customers achieve fair outcomes following road traffic accidents.
- You'll manage a varied caseload, assess claims, review evidence and resolve disputes.
- Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll handle personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Your work will help us deliver excellent customer service while making sure claims are managed accurately and efficiently.
- You'll play an important role in supporting customers when they need us most.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A law degree.
- Some understanding of the OIC portal, MOJ process.
- Some understanding of RTA (road traffic accident) and PI (personal injury claims).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Keen and enthusiastic to develop knowledge within legal litigation claims across personal injury and road traffic accident.
