A bit about the job
You'll lead our Existing Business Underwriting team, making sure we deliver strong financial performance and great outcomes for our customers. You'll oversee complex cases, support trading decisions, and act as a technical referral point. You'll work closely with brokers to build strong relationships and help shape our underwriting strategy. You'll also coach and mentor your team, driving technical development and supporting licence progression. This role is key to ensuring we stay competitive and deliver on Aviva's strategy.
