We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Platform Team.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, in the Digital Platform Team you will be supporting the redesign of customer journey improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement, and performance. This will include working closely with Customer Experience stakeholders, Product Owners, and UX/UI designers in shaping/pre-inception work and assessing the initial impact of new initiatives/projects. Delivering for our customers is critical so you will need to consider their needs and be prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests.
Qualifications / Skills- Knowledge of Digital platforms and projects
- Good verbal and written communication specifically with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of creating User Story/Requirements Definition/Acceptance Criteria using Agile tools and techniques
- Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- How to use Jira and Confluence
- Starting salary c. £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
