A bit about the job: This role exists to make sure MGA fronting claims are handled accurately, promptly and within authority. You will join a collaborative operations team that supports Commercial Lines and Reinsurance partners. The team manages claims bordereaux, financial processes, and data quality across multiple stakeholders. You will be accountable for claims administration, reconciliations, and timely MI delivery. Your work helps protect customers, partners, and Aviva from financial and operational risk.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in handling insurance claims
- Strong understanding of claims financial movements, floats and reconciliations
- Confidence analysing bordereaux and resolving data quality issues with good attention to detail
- Experience working with Excel for validation and reconciliation
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal and external partners
