Intermediated Sales Team Leader – Salary circa £35,000
This is a great opportunity to lead a Distribution Support team that\’s focused on delivering outstanding service to Financial Advisers using Aviva\’s Adviser Platform. You\’ll bring energy, ideas and a collaborative mindset to help your team grow and thrive. You understand the vital role Distribution plays in building strong relationships with Financial Advice firms of all sizes.
A bit about the job
You’ll lead one of our Distribution Support teams within Retail Wealth Distribution. With at least five direct reports, you’ll make sure your team delivers high‑quality pre‑ and post‑sales support to Financial Advisers. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and some of our most important Strategic Accounts. Your leadership will help us deliver a best‑in‑class experience for our adviser community.

- Starting salary circa £35,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
