Interim Head of Delivery (Investment and Pensions transformation) Salary: £110,000 to £120,000 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Are you ready to lead one of the biggest transformation journeys for Aviva’s Investment and Pensions offering? This is a great job for someone who thrives on delivering complex change and wants to shape the future of technology at scale. You’ll be confident leading large teams, navigating senior stakeholder relationships, and driving outcomes that matter. If you’ve worked in Financial Services and love turning strategy into action, this could be your next big step. A bit about the job: You’ll lead a large-scale transformation programme that’s central to Aviva’s long-term strategy for our Pensions and Investment product streams, as we look to simplify our investment and pensions platforms. This role sits withing the IWR CIO team, you’ll drive change across technology, people, and operations. You’ll be accountable for delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues. This role is all about pace, clarity, and impact – and you’ll be supported by a team of over 100 people to make it happen. It’s a chance to set the standard for delivery excellence at Aviva. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, being able to demonstrate a strong background in IT delivery, integration, and data migration Experience in financial services (Wealth, Insurance or Banking) Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Excellent exposure to using and implementing our strategic partner platforms (FNZ, BaNCS) What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
