External Job Advert Insurance Representative – 12 Month Fixed-term contract Salary up to £26,500 Are you someone who enjoys fact finding and resolving queries? If you have experience with Office 365, Microsoft packages and are looking for the next step to further your career, we would love to hear from you! This role will provide full training so you will be supported every step of the way. A bit about the job: Developing excellent relationships with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolutions of queries within agreed timelines and taking ownership of disputes and blockages to ensure resolution within SLA. Working collaboratively with the central collections and underwriting teams to ensure efficient account query management and swift payment recovery. Frequent communication with external stakeholders, raising non-payment queries for a variation of insurance policies. Contributing to projects or other team initiatives by sharing knowledge and ideas and giving feedback to help develop the way others work, and positively impacting the debt position. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong Excel skills – Previous experience working with large data sets is essential. Ability to deliver – i.e. proven track record in reduction of debt through query management. Ability to use data analysis to provide valuable insights/identify areas of improvement. Confident in liaising with external stakeholders and building relationships. Insurance background/knowledge is preferred.
