Implementation Assistant – Salary £28,500-£30,000
Are you an enthusiastic individual with strong project management, organisational and communication skills who is passionate about delivering first class service? Are you interested in helping to create an environment that promotes commitment, enthusiasm, and energy?
We are creating an opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting time, as we continue to evolve our established processes in a fast-moving market. The role sits within the expanding Bulk Purchase Annuity team which provides on-going services and de-risking services to the trustees and sponsoring employers of Defined Benefit schemes. The team, based in Norwich, provides a full end to end range of administration and support services across a large portfolio of Defined Benefit customers.
A bit about the job:
- Assisting the Implementation Managers in all aspects of their role, liaising with stakeholders as required.
- Support the team to ensure the right processes are followed, monthly payments are made on time, and essential housekeeping is performed in a timely manner.
- Supporting the build of project plans across the team ensuring consistent practices are displayed.
- Reviewing and analysing data in line with benefit specifications provided by Employee Benefit Consultancies for quote purposes and collating additional information needed to administer schemes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Defined benefit pensions or general pensions knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to manage large data sets

- Starting salary between £28,500-£30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
