This is a great job for someone who enjoys coaching others, delivering brilliant customer service, and helping us manage claims effectively and fairly.
A bit about the job: You’ll be part of our Home Claims Operation, leading a team of Desk Consultants who handle building claims up to £10k. Your role is all about people leadership—supporting the team, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, and helping us deliver great outcomes for our customers. You’ll work closely with our Technical Leads to build capability across the team and drive continuous improvement. It’s a role where you’ll make a real difference every day.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- People Leadership experience
- Experience coaching and developing others to improve performance
- Experience leading a team and workflow management
- Knowledge of Home Claims end to end system
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong customer-first mindset
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between £45,000-£55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
