About the role
You're an experienced leader in underwriting operations, ready to shape strategy, drive innovation, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll lead our operational underwriting team, helping us work smarter and deliver great results. This role exists to drive efficiency, embed compliance, and align underwriting practices with Aviva’s strategic goals. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping our underwriting strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to inspire, engage and develop high-performing teams
