You’ll be confident leading large teams, managing senior stakeholders, and working with strategic partners to deliver outcomes that matter. A bit about the job: This role sits within the IWR CIO team and is all about delivering change across technology, operations, and partnerships. You’ll lead a team of around 60 people and work closely with our external strategic partner: FNZ. Your focus will be on delivering integration, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. It’s a high-impact role with visibility at the very top of the organization. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes Strong background in IT delivery, integration, and data migration, working to agile project management methodologies Financial services experience is a must (Banking, Wealth, Insurance sectors etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience working with FNZ platform(s) What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
