GenAI Platform Run Manager

A bit about the job: Oasis is Aviva's Generative AI platform, helping colleagues work smarter and deliver better outcomes for our customers. As our Oasis Run & Operations Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for keeping the platform secure, resilient and available as adoption continues to grow. You'll work closely with engineering, security, cloud infrastructure and business teams to improve operational performance and service reliability. You'll help ensure AI technologies are supported safely, responsibly and efficiently across Aviva. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in one of Aviva's most innovative technology platforms.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience leading technology operations, platform support or service management teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change and risk management.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud, Kubernetes or platform services and driving operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Experience delivering operational excellence through service improvement, cost optimisation and supplier management.

What you’ll get for this role:

• Salary circa £72,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
• Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance.
