Finance Partnering Specialist – Personal Lines
Location: London, York, Bristol, Norwich or Sheffield or Perth (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £50,000 (National) – circa £60,000 (London)

A bit about the job:
This role sits within the Personal Lines Finance Business Partnering team, supporting the leadership of our combined Personal Lines business—including Retail, Intermediated, and the newly acquired Direct Line. You’ll lead group reporting and planning processes on behalf of PL, drive insight and efficiency across the FBP community, and support senior leaders with performance analysis. A key part of your role will be integrating Direct Line into our performance ecosystem, helping to tell the story behind the numbers and enabling strategic decision-making.
