- Managing Salesforce licensing, usage, entitlements and commercial performance.
- Developing licence and usage forecasting models linked to programme growth and roadmap requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise licence utilisation, SKUs, renewals and overall Saa S spend.
- Supporting commercial discussions with strategic suppliers through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology and Programme teams to drive effective supplier governance.
- Providing clear reporting and insights to programme leadership and governance forums.
- Supporting the transition of supplier management capabilities into the future Health operating model.

- Experience managing strategic technology suppliers and third-party partners.
- Knowledge of Saa S commercial models including user-based licensing, modular products, SKUs, consumption-based charging and enterprise agreements.
- Experience translating licence data, platform usage and business demand into financial forecasts and commercial recommendations.
- Strong governance experience including supplier scorecards, KPI tracking, reporting, action management and escalation processes.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Programme Delivery functions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with usage data, forecasts, spend management and commercial assumptions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex supplier and Saa S commercial topics for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce licensing, Saa S management or Fin Ops principles would be highly desirable.
- Experience working within large-scale digital, cloud or enterprise transformation programmes is advantageous.
