A bit about the job:
In this role, you'll support Aviva's Health business to strengthen business risk decision making, ensuring we protect our customers, our people and our reputation. You'll work as part of our Governance & Assurance team, contributing to the delivery of our strategy and helping streamline how we manage risk across the Health area. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, providing expert oversight of governance, assurance, risks and controls. You'll also support our risk committees, deliver high quality analysis, and help embed SMCR accountabilities. Ultimately, you'll make sure the Health business has a clear, accurate view of its risk profile and that decision making is well informed and well governed.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Successful record of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders with credibility.
- Strong governance capability, with good understanding of Three Lines of Defence framework and how it applies in practice.
- Deep knowledge of Financial Services industry, including operational, conduct and regulatory considerations.
- Experience delivering risk, governance and assurance support with clear, actionable insight.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insight and senior level reporting.

- Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
