This role is responsible for delivering and maintaining the Health communications suite, including policy documents, customer journeys, and both digital and print content, ensuring all outputs meet agreed quality, risk, and governance standards. It involves driving the delivery of regulatory, mandatory, and propositional changes, making sure communication impacts are effectively implemented and aligned to support clear, compliant messaging that meets Consumer Duty and delivers good customer outcomes.

A bit about the job

This role will give you the opportunity to support the end‑to‑end delivery and ongoing management of customer communications across the Health business, ensuring all materials are clear, engaging and tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, review and optimise communications so they consistently meet regulatory and compliance standards, while also aligning with commercial objectives and delivering positive customer outcomes. You will maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and accessibility, embedding best practice in customer experience and continuously improving communication strategies based on feedback, performance insights and evolving business requirements.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong planning, organisation and project delivery capability alongside strong attention to detail, copywriting and proofing skills
  • Experience delivering high‑volume communications to tight deadlines with strong knowledge of development, compliance, and governance processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in Health insurance and/or financial services market (desirable)
  • Experience with Documentum or similar workflow tools (desirable)
