We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our B2B Health marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns that help advisers and clients better understand the value of Private Medical Insurance and preventative health support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into delivery and bringing campaigns to life across CRM, social and creative channels, while working closely with a wide range of internal teams and external partners.
You’ll play a key role in keeping activity moving, working in an agile way to manage your own tasks within sprint cycles, maintaining visibility of progress, and ensuring campaigns land on time, on brief and to a high standard and adhering to governance and Financial Promotions processes.
A bit about the job: This role involves supporting the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and effective execution. You will manage your own workload within sprint planning cycles, tracking progress and proactively flagging any risks. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external agencies, alongside preparing detailed briefs and ensuring all activity aligns with agreed objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining campaign assets and making sure all outputs meet compliance standards. In addition, you will support campaign reporting by tracking KPIs and providing performance updates. A key part of the role is contributing to a test-and-learn approach, helping to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Starting salary circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
