A bit about the job: We manage complex property claims to deliver fair outcomes for customers and control claim spend. You’ll join our UKGI Property Claims team and handle complex commercial claims to conclusion, and validate and quantify using desk adjusting tools and pricing schedules. The role will liaise with suppliers and Loss Adjusters, using clear project plans to minimise disruption. Our new colleague will be accountable for accurate decisions, compliance, and timely settlements within delegated authority.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Commercial property claims handling experience, including complex cases and policy interpretation
- Proficiency with validating claims with the support of available tools
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; customer centred, outcome focused approach.
- Cert CILA/CII/BDMA accreditation is preferred but not essential.
