A bit about the job:
- We manage complex property claims to deliver fair outcomes for customers and control claim spend.
- You will join our UKGI Property Claims team and handle complex commercial claims to conclusion, and validate and quantify using desk adjusting tools and pricing schedules.
- The role will liaise with suppliers and Loss Adjusters, using clear project plans to minimise disruption.
- Our new colleague will be accountable for accurate decisions, compliance, and timely settlements within delegated authority.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Commercial property claims handling experience, including complex cases and policy interpretation.
- Proficiency with validating claims with the support of available tools.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; customer centred, outcome focused approach.
- Cert CILA/CII/BDMA accreditation is preferred but not essential.
