A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of our Direct Protection team, guiding customers through their protection journey with care and clarity. We help people understand their options and make informed decisions. You’ll handle calls, manage applications, and support customers online via live chat. Every conversation matters—and you’ll make sure it’s a positive one. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Aviva to deliver great outcomes.

  • Bonus opportunity – 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
