This role will have a rotated shift pattern, shifts will be between Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm.
A bit about the job:
- The right candidate will handle both inbound and outbound telephony support for direct protection customers, with the opportunity to progress into assisting online queries through a live chat platform.
- We are looking for someone who can communicate with professionalism, patience, and empathy, ensuring customers feel heard and supported.
- You will proactively manage existing applications, engage in meaningful customer conversations while adhering to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive the best customer outcomes.

What you'll get for this role:
- Starting salary £23,900.
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
