Direct Health Customer Expert – Salary £29,000

You\’ll join our Private Medical Insurance, Customer Retention, and Service Team in Sheffield, where your passion for customer service will make a real difference. We\’re looking for someone who can thrive in a busy environment while still delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities

A bit about the job:

You will be responsible for providing great service to our existing customers. You’ll take ownership of cases, listening carefully and asking questions to identify exactly what each customer needs. You’ll use your knowledge and confidence to address concerns and find the best solutions for them. Ultimately, you will be accountable for keeping our customers happy and helping them get the most from their policies.

Qualifications

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven sales and decision-making skills; experience in retention is a plus.
  • The tenacity to pursue cases in difficult circumstances.
  • The ability to work independently.
