Direct Channel Manager Salary – Circa £45,000 12-month FTC This is a great job for someone who: Thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building strong relationships, and has the expertise to optimise performance. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing performance across marketing and sales channels and is passionate about identifying growth opportunities and delivering results. A bit about the job: We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Equity Release Team, responsible for driving performance in our direct channel. You’ll manage relationships with our advice partner, Succession Financial Management, ensuring they are equipped to deliver advice to customers generated by Aviva’s marketing efforts. You’ll also oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to application, collaborating across the business to remove barriers, improve processes, and unlock growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your insights and initiatives will directly influence our annual sales targets and overall customer experience. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proactive management of advice partners, helping them understand our proposition, pricing, and processes. Experience in managing marketing performance and achieving sales targets, experience in equity release is preferred but not required. Strong commercial outlook with the ability to analyse data and drive informed actions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to prepare and manage trading meetings effectively. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth areas and implement plans to onboard new introducers.
