Do you have a genuine passion for delivering brilliant digital capability and journeys and want to make a real difference to our customers? Are you someone who thrives on simplifying complex problems into simple and brilliant experiences across both web and app? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with data, and collaborating across teams to deliver new, high impact customer experiences? This role is perfect for someone excited by the opportunity to build something new — not just optimise what already exists — and who wants to help shape a seamless end to end experience for millions of customers.
A bit about the job: You’ll join a dynamic digital team focused on creating and delivering a brand‑new end‑to‑end digital journey that connects multiple brands and platforms. Your mission is to define and launch a secure, intuitive and customer‑centric experience across both web and app channels. You’ll work closely with engineering, data, architecture, design and platform teams to ensure the right integration points, data flows, and technical foundations are in place to support your ideal digital journey. You’ll manage a complex set of dependencies, provide clarity and direction across teams, and lead delivery from definition through to launch and post‑release performance monitoring. You’ll own an ambitious roadmap, shape the solution with cross‑functional partners, and use your structured delivery skills to land a high‑quality experience that works seamlessly across systems, channels and brands. Being able to think strategically about your product roadmap and the value it unlocks will be key in achieving success.
Essential skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital products across web and app, with strong execution and delivery skills.
- Deep understanding of technical integrations, APIs, data flows, identity, authentication and app‑specific constraints.
- Ability to interpret complex data environments, translate technical challenges simply, and communicate clearly to varied stakeholders.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, data, security, design and business teams, with a customer‑centric and commercially aware mindset.
- Bonus: experience across multiple brands/platforms, exposure to secure or identity‑focused environments, and familiarity with analytics and telemetry tools.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary London circa ÂŁ65,000 / Norwich circa ÂŁ55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
- Aviva-funded Private Medical Benefit to help you get expert support when you need it.
- Make your money go further - Up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts.
- Up to ÂŁ1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.
- Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
- Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.
- Make a difference, be part of our Aviva Communities and use your paid volunteering days to help others.
- We take your wellbeing seriously with lots of support and tools.
