A bit about the job:

In this role, you’ll help bring our One Wealth strategy to life by developing unified digital propositions that span all areas of the Wealth business. You’ll create consistent, repeatable digital experiences that reduce duplication, strengthen customer outcomes, and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with colleagues across Wealth, C&M, COO, CIO, and FNZ, you’ll shape propositions that deliver measurable benefits for employers, advisers, and customers. You’ll also support the delivery of digital solutions that drive inflows, improve retention, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to reduce cost.

  • Creative thinker who can envision future digital experiences and identify new ways of working.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, skilled at uniting cross‑functional teams around a shared vision and outcomes.
  • Commercially minded, able to build business cases, simplify complex information, and make data‑led decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between c. £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
